Growing up in Brooklyn and living and working in the metro NYC area for almost 40 years has given me significant knowledge of the Metro NYC area and it's various neighborhoods. In addition, the 30+ years that I have spent living and working in the greater Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo metro areas, has given me expert knowledge of the nuances of Upstate New York's financing needs.

In my 33 year career as a Loan Officer, I've successfully originated and closed residential mortgage loans (1 – 4 family) for some of the largest lenders in the country including GMAC, National City, Wells Fargo, and the U.S. Small Business Administration. I was also certified by H.U.D. in 1996 as an FHA 203K specialist. In addition, I've been originating and closing small balance commercial loans ($5 million or less) since 2004.
